PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email when your order is placed and another when it ships.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery within the US takes 2-5 business days after your order ships. In total, that's about 3-7 business days from the time you place your order. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
ORDERS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY
Items in your order may ship separately due to shipping logistics, so they may arrive in more than one package, on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.
TRACKING
We'll email tracking information when it's available. If your order ships in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once a package has shipped, we can't change its address.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking stops updating for several days, or your package arrives damaged, email support@furryless.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Our 60-Day Fur-Free Promise also applies.
